MAWIBA Trainer Seminar – The Most Common Questions Before Starting
Introduction
Many women who discover the MAWIBA Trainer Seminar feel excited about the idea of bringing movement, connection, and pelvic floor training into their community. At the same time, it’s completely normal that questions arise before making the decision to join the seminar.
Over the years, we have spoken with many women who were considering the MAWIBA trainer journey. Interestingly, many of the questions are very similar. In this article we address the most common topics that come up when women are thinking about starting the MAWIBA trainer seminar.
Does the MAWIBA training fit into my current life situation?
Many women discover MAWIBA during a time of transition — pregnancy, maternity leave, or a phase in which they are rethinking their professional path.
The MAWIBA Trainer Seminar is designed to adapt to real life. The seminar takes place online and does not require fixed attendance times or live sessions.
Once you receive access to the seminar platform, you can begin whenever it suits you and move through the lessons at your own pace.
Some participants prefer to work through the content in smaller learning sessions of about one hour, while others dedicate a few focused days to complete larger parts of the seminar.
The most important aspect is simply to follow the structured path of the seminar step by step.
When can I start the online training and how does it work?
You can start the MAWIBA online trainer seminar whenever you choose.
When registering, you select the date when you would like to begin. Once your access is activated, you receive entry to the online training platform where all seminar materials are available.
The seminar consists of structured lessons that guide you step by step through the MAWIBA concept. These include instructional videos, explanations of the choreography structure, and background knowledge on topics such as pelvic floor activation and safe movement.
The lessons vary in length. The first video is the longest because it includes a full MAWIBA class, giving you a clear overview of how a session is structured.
In total, you have eight weeks to complete the seminar, including all modules and the submission of your exam videos. You usually begin with the Basic Seminar and complete the exam videos afterwards. While waiting for feedback, you can continue with the additional online modules. The pace within these eight weeks is flexible and can be adapted to your everyday life.
Because the seminar is fully online, you can decide yourself whether you prefer learning in shorter sessions over several days or completing larger parts of the seminar in more focused blocks.
Can I take the MAWIBA trainer seminar during pregnancy?
Yes — many trainers actually choose this moment intentionally.
Pregnancy can often be a phase where women begin thinking about how they would like to shape their professional life after birth.
Several of our trainers use this period to complete the seminar and then start their MAWIBA courses after their baby is born. In many cases, their own baby even becomes one of the first participants in their classes.
Because the seminar is self-paced and fully online, it can easily be adapted to your personal energy levels during pregnancy.
What if I already have a baby or a very full daily routine?
If you are already caring for a baby or balancing many responsibilities, flexibility becomes even more important.
This is exactly why the seminar is structured in smaller learning units. Many participants learn during nap times or in short focused sessions whenever time allows.
There is no pressure to follow a fixed schedule. You can progress through the seminar step by step in a rhythm that works for your everyday life.
Do I need dance experience to become a MAWIBA trainer?
No previous dance experience is required.
Our trainers come from very different professional backgrounds. Some are already working in movement-related fields such as dance, fitness, physiotherapy, or midwifery. Others join as complete career changers who simply love movement and enjoy working with women and families.
For each choreography, you receive detailed step-by-step teaching videos that guide you through the movements. You can watch them as often as you like and gradually build confidence in both the choreography and the teaching structure.
Many career changers are surprised by how naturally they grow into their new role during the seminar.
What if I already work as a trainer or in women’s health?
If you already bring experience in areas such as fitness, dance, midwifery, physiotherapy, or prenatal and postnatal care, MAWIBA can be a valuable addition to your existing work.
The seminar not only teaches the choreography but also provides deeper knowledge in areas such as:
- pelvic floor awareness
- posture and core stability
- healthy babywearing
- movement fundamentals
- women’s health and functional movement
Many experienced professionals integrate MAWIBA classes into their current offerings and expand their services in a meaningful way.
Do I need to have a venue before starting the seminar?
No — you do not need to secure a venue before beginning the seminar. Many future trainers first complete the seminar and then start looking for a suitable location once they have more insights into MAWIBA.
Suitable spaces can often be found in:
- dance studios
- physiotherapy or midwife practices
- fitness studios
- parent-child centers
- community rooms
Because MAWIBA classes do not require equipment, many types of rooms can work well. During the seminar and afterwards, we also provide guidance and ideas for organizing your first classes.
What are the license fees for?
The monthly license fee allows you to officially offer MAWIBA courses and benefit from the entire MAWIBA system.
As a licensed MAWIBA trainer, you receive:
- access to all MAWIBA choreographies
- regular new choreographies added to the platform
- digital marketing materials to promote your courses
- support from the MAWIBA team
- access to the MAWIBA trainer network and exchange groups
- the right to use the MAWIBA brand and concept
- listing on the MAWIBA website as an official MAWIBA trainer
The license also ensures that MAWIBA remains a consistent and professional concept worldwide.
How can I plan the financial side of the seminar?
Financial planning is naturally an important aspect when making any professional decision.
Because many of our participants are currently on maternity leave or in a transitional phase, payment in installments is possible. This allows the investment to be spread over time.
After completing the seminar, we usually recommend starting your MAWIBA classes relatively soon. This helps you stay in the learning flow and allows you to begin building additional income earlier.
At the same time, the exact timing of your first classes can always be discussed and adjusted based on your personal situation.
