Dancing Stars, Baby Bump and MAWIBA
Dancing Stars, Baby Bump and MAWIBA –
how professional dancer Conny Kreuter wants to combine dancing and motherhood
European Champion, Vice World Champion, Dancing Stars professional – and soon a mum:
A new chapter is beginning for Conny Kreuter. MAWIBA brings together two worlds that are especially close to her heart: dancing and motherhood.
In just a few weeks, Conny Kreuter will become a mum for the first time. As European Champion and Vice World Champion in Latin Dance, she has celebrated international success and became well known to a wider audience as a professional dancer on Dancing Stars. As a sports scientist and mental coach, she also brings extensive knowledge of movement, the body and mental strength.
Even throughout her pregnancy, dancing has remained a natural part of her life. And of course, she has been thinking about how she can combine her great passion for dance with her new life as a mum.
When dancing and motherhood come together
This is exactly what sparked Conny’s interest in MAWIBA: the dance concept combines the joy of movement and music with gentle pelvic floor training – during pregnancy, together with baby in a baby carrier, or for women of all ages.
“I can’t wait to dance together with my baby and share a little of the joy that dancing has brought me throughout my whole life.” – Conny Kreuter
For Conny, MAWIBA therefore brings together topics that are very closely connected to her own life right now.
Her curiosity about MAWIBA is now becoming something more: Conny is starting her own training to become a MAWIBA Trainer – with the wish not only to dance with her own baby after the birth, but also to share this special experience with other women.
“I find it incredibly exciting to discover something new, and I’m really looking forward to exploring MAWIBA step by step. I especially love the idea of later teaching MAWIBA classes together with my own baby and passing on the joy of dancing together to other women.” – Conny Kreuter
We’re delighted to welcome Conny as part of MAWIBA and to accompany her on this very special journey – as a dancer, mum-to-be and soon also as a MAWIBA Trainer.
